Theo Hutter creates wonderful house portraits through accepting photos of a house, shed, barn, castle etc. and if required discussing details by phone. A portrait can also be created from architectural plans for those yet to build their dream home/extension and for architects, builders and developers.
In his Melbourne studio he completes the house portrait in pastels and watercolors on special acid free pastel board. The portrait is sprayed with a high quality fixative to protect and preserve the artwork.
Theo will make the owner's dream come true by representing the home at its best advantage. He does this by showing fully established gardens, adding trees and eliminating ugly power poles, high fences or buildings. Theo can also recreate homes from the past, recapturing precious memories and thus preserving your family's history.
The portraits in black and white cost from $210 and in colour from $295 plus postage and handling. Portraits measure 30 cm X 40 cm (12ins X 16ins). Other portrait sizes on request. Payment is COD at your local post office.
